I realized today the thing i do that helps me cope, possibly more than anything else. I realized that when i’m upset, depressed, or just generally unsatisfied I sing rediculously, obnoxiously loud. When you sing from emotions and dont worry about sounding good, it instantly makes you feel better. Everyone should try it next time theyre upset, depressed, or just generally unsatisfied.
